Hollywood St. Patricks Day Parade & Festival
There is one day each year when everyone is Irish, and downtown Hollywood is transformed into a sea of green. A huge crowd filled the downtown area as floats rolled by, and bands began to play. This year’s highlight was the famous New York City Police Department’s Emerald Society Pipe and Drum Corps. The group has become a fixture at the festivities.
Floats began to roll down Hollywood Boulevard at 1:00 pm with live music and dancing all afternoon and late into the night. Area businesses opened their doors to local families and tourists from as far as Ireland. The family-friendly nature of the Hollywood festival makes it incredibly inviting. We can’t wait for March 13th, 2023!
